炉体结构 / Furnace Structure电炉炉体采用了国际先进的风冷双层炉体结构,有效的风冷导向隔板使炉壳整体冷风循环,最终冷却发热元件导电片后排出炉体,避免了发热元件导电片的高温氧化,保证了良好的工作环境 / The furnace body adopts an internationally advanced air-cooled double-layer structure. Effective air-cooling guide baffles enable overall cold air circulation around the shell, which finally cools the heating element conductive sheets before being discharged, preventing their high-temperature oxidation and ensuring a good working environment.
炉门开启方式 / Door Opening Method炉门开启方式为电动上下开启,避免了高温下炉门内部密封开裂,炉门衬板位于炉门内侧采用不锈钢制,可有效防潮,保证了耐火材料热胀冷缩的自由伸缩并有效密封。/ The furnace door opens and closes electrically vertically, preventing internal seal cracking at high temperatures. The door liner is made of stainless steel, effectively moisture-proof, allowing free expansion/contraction of the refractory material while maintaining an effective seal.
耐火材料 / Refractory Material炉内使用采用高纯氧化铝纤维,真空成型纤维模块材料,取热物料导出位置(炉口、炉底)采用轻质空心氧化铝板,使用温度高,蓄热量小,耐急冷急热,不裂缝、不粉化,保温性能好(节能效果是老式电炉的80%以上)/ The furnace uses high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum-formed fiber module material. Heat transfer areas (furnace mouth, bottom) use lightweight hollow alumina boards. Features high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to thermal shock, no cracking, no powdering, and good insulation (Energy saving effect is over 80% compared to old furnaces).
保温材料 / Insulation Material采用三层保温,分别为:氧化铝纤维毯、氧化铝纤维板、氧化铝多晶纤维板,节能效果是老式电炉的80%以上。/ Three-layer insulation, consisting of: alumina fiber blanket, alumina fiber board, alumina polycrystalline fiber board. Energy saving effect is over 80% compared to old furnaces.
